THE DESIGN IS A STEEL FRAME CONSTRUCTION MADE OF PRIMARILY 6” x 6” WIDE FLANGE STEEL SECTIONS CLADDED WITH PATTERNED CLASS AND CONCRETE VENEERS AS EXTERIOR FINISHES. THE ROOF IS PROTECTED BY FROSTED POLYCARBONATE TO ALLOW LIGHT ENTRY AND THE USERS TO FEEL THE EPHEMERAL QUALITIES WHILE SHETLERED AND PROTECTED FROM HARSH WEATHERS. THE SECONDARY STRUCTURAL SYSTEM IS MADE UP OF VIERENDEEL TRUSSES WHICH FOLLOWS THE OVERARCHING STRUCTURAL GRID AND SPANS BETWEEN THE COLUMNS TO FORM SUPPORTS FOR THE FLOORS WITH A CONCRETE DECKING SITTING ABOVE IT. TERTIARY STRCTURAL SYSTEM IS IN PLACE AS 3” x 6” STEEL BEA,S CONNECTED TO THE COLUMNS TO ESTABLISH A RIDIGITY TO RESIST LATERAL FORCES.
