THE WALK

For this project, we aim to not only create the environment for coworking offices but also to improve the site’s accessibility. At a remnant left from the neighboring fabric and bounded by a bridge, a river, a train track and a street’s dead end, the site has a lot of opportunities to be part of the urban morphology. That said, “the walk” participate on the site as a path, a piece of an urban infrastructure connecting the neighborhood to the art district. On top of that path sits two office towers, each is distinct from the other based on our vision of coworking environment.
