Duality

Duality is a project consisting of both private and public areas. As the project is located at the art district with the bridge from Spring Street and LA River, we have considered the view from both sides. The plinth at the ground floor acts as a public plaza, and the tower will be floating on top. The project will be CLT material as the core structure, and the circulation area will be glass. This design will allow natural sunlight to go in and provide for interior space.
