E 41st St Mixed Use Block

Since the three main programs have different characters, starting from a broader perspective, thinking about the impact they will bring to the neighborhood and what can be borrowed from surrounding, the whole project is designed into three three-storey-height separated buildings. Low level makes the project friendly to its neighborhood from an urban context. Taking the idea from the superblock, which let the whole project have different characteristics from outside and inside. And each building has different treatments on the side facing towards the outside and the side facing center to the site.
