Oakwood Community Center

The Project – The Oakwood Community Center – located in the Historic Oakwood district of Venice, proposed the replacement of an existing building complex located adjacent to the Oakwood Park with a new 30,000SF multi-use program of community needs addressing a complex set of requirements and issues facing this unique diverse community. As an Integrated Studio the responsibilities of the studio emphasized comprehensive systems, incorporating building, social and historical issues.
