A DUALITY FRAMEWORK

As a response to the co-living initiative, this project seeks a synthesis of the suburban condition with corporate urbanism. Contained pods mimic the occupancy of houses whilst simultaneously acting as flexible working space. In conjunction with the public co-working space and cafe on the ground floor, the building becomes a hub of diverse creativity which opens up avenues for networking, start-up culture, and online businesses, embodying LA’s own diverse populace with its prevalence of creatives, entrepreneurs, and many others who work at an at-home setting.
