GreenCo

GreenCo incorporates a tunnel greenhouse typology and prefabricated modules to provide housing for migrant workers in a co-living environment. A natural, off-grid environment starts to take place where humans start to live off the plants for clean air, cooling, and ventilation while the plants rely on humans to harvest and take care of them. These intersections provide a space where anything inside can survive and thrive. The community aspect of this project focuses on a Kibbutz style living that provides the workers with a dwelling, a co-ownership of the land, and a farm worker lifestyle.
