Leimert Park Housing, Rooftop Restaurant and Cafe Plaza

This project aims to bring together both residents and the community of Leimert Park by providing areas for socializing, dining, and live music. Located near the new metro station, the back parking lot is converted to a park to provide the community with more green open space. The rooftop dining is a unique experience, located on the fourth floor, it has views to Downtown Los Angeles.
