This project focuses on becoming the new cultural hub of Leimert Park by employing shifting modular, flexible systems that can adapt to accommodate the needs of the public and occupancy residents.

From the scaffolding-like grid structure and modular pods that can be rearranged and disassembled to the recycled
wood platform system that can be organized in a multitude of ways depending on how the community sees fit including, but not limited to, a cat walk, stage, and gallery space, SCOV allows ease of flexibility for a dynamic community like Leimert Park Village.
