The Green Villa

The Green Villa is focused on maximizing the outdoor and green space in the Burbank area. The new neighborhood has a strong sense of community and sustainability. A sustainable community is designed to increase the green areas and produce renewable energy through the implementation of photovoltaic panels on the roof tops. Each residential building would have their facades pulled out to create private spaces. These facades would create spaces such as the vertical gardens, playgrounds and outdoor gyms for the residents.
