Venice Site 9

My client for this project is a singer and musician, and I created a series of new pavilions on the site at Venice Beach, west of the boardwalk between Sunset and Rose. In my project, I was interested in expressing the different levels of intimacy in music. So, I designed each building based on three separate scenarios where the music gradually becomes more intimate, which is illustrated by the scale and use of each structure.
